Bayer Chemicals, Leverkusen, Germany, launched Bayscent, a new aromatherapeutic fragrance for textiles that are subjected to mechanical strain such as clothing, carpets and upholstery. The fruity and floral fragrance is enclosed in patented polyurethane microcapsules that rupture on movement.
The textiles also contains the Baysent Neutralizer, an odor eliminator specific to unpleasant odors such as smoke and perspiration. More info: www.bayer.com. l
